The TKP2000 series operator control enclosures are designed to meet the requirements for high strength, flexibility, and reliability in industrial applications. Thanks to their rigid body structure and dual-layer special profile system, they provide customized solutions for large-scale projects and applications requiring dense equipment installation. Their robust construction ensures long service life and high performance, even under demanding operating conditions. The enclosure offers an internal mounting depth of 152 mm, allowing easy installation of various electrical and electronic components. The product complies with the IP65 protection class in accordance with IEC 60529, providing complete protection against dust ingress and safe operation against water jets from all directions. This IP65 protection level ensures that internal components operate reliably without being affected by environmental factors. The front panel of the enclosure can be manufactured in 2 mm or 3 mm thickness options, depending on customer requirements. The 2 mm front panel supports a screwless mounting system, reducing installation time while offering a clean and aesthetic appearance. For applications requiring higher mechanical strength, a 3 mm front panel option is available. The enclosure surface is finished with natural anodized E6/C0 coating, providing high resistance to corrosion while delivering a modern and professional appearance. The corner components are finished in RAL 7016 anthracite grey, adding a refined and industrial character to the overall design. In addition to standard product options, flexible manufacturing is available for custom dimensions, colors, and application-specific designs.
